fa999 App Terms and Use Agreement

fa999 App Rules at a Glance

Since 2018 fa999 has been operating in 23 countries with 5.2M+ users

These numbers may change policies, so check the current version before opening the fa999 App.

Right to Change Terms

fa999 may change service, security, and usage limits as needed, usually due to laws, system updates, or to prevent misuse

When new rules start, the page shows a new date; there may be separate notes for transactions with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, so even if using from Dhaka, do not rely on the old version.

Notice Receiving Rules

A notice appears on the page before major changes, sometimes on the home screen banner, sometimes in the pop-up after fa999 Login.

Even if you don't see the notice, the update can take effect, so use the same date across fa999 App, fa999 Download, and fa999 APK sections.

Continuing to use will be considered consent

If you continue using the service, the new terms are assumed accepted, which many in busy places like Dhaka may miss, especially with fast mobile scrolling.

So after the update, read the full notes; if you are fa999 Registered, old settings in your account may fall under the new rules.

How to View Version History

Each major update includes the date and a short summary of what existed before, what changed, and which parts have new limits.

Match this record with the fa999 Help, fa999 About, and fa999 Blog sections, then using the fa999 App will be much clearer.
